William H. "Billy" Long II is an American politician who has been the U.S. Representative for Missouri's 7th congressional district since 2011. He is a member of the Republican Party. In the 2010 election, he won the open U.S. House seat vacated by incumbent Roy Blunt, who decided to run for the United States Senate.
