Donald Edgar "Buz" Lukens was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Ohio. His political career ended in disgrace in 1990 when he was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Six years later, he was convicted for accepting a bribe during his time in Congress.
