Gerry Kissell is an American comic book artist best known for his work for IDW Publishing, and their graphic novel Code Word: Geronimo, which he served as its creator as well as artist. Gerry has been hailed by IDW Publishing's CEO Ted Adams as being "an art making machine. Just a beast." A former U.S. Army combat medic, he focused most of his career on doing military themed projects, including doing book covers for best selling authors Dale Dye and John M Del Vecchio, and designing the logos for Dale Dye's companies, Warriors Inc., and Warrior Publishing Group. With Dale Dye and Julia Dye as writers, Gerry's graphic novel "Code Word: Geronimo" has been covered by most of the major news agencies as well as minor and reached #22 on Diamond Comics top 100 graphic novels for the month of October, 2011.
