Andrea Doane "Ondi" Timoner is an American film director, producer, editor and entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of Interloper Films, a full-service production company in Pasadena. Over the past 20 years, Timoner has built a reputation for herself in the documentary world, becoming the only two-time recipient of Sundance’s Grand Jury Prize for documentaries these two works are preserved in the permanent collection of New York's Museum of Modern Art. Besides releasing films in a conventional manner, Timoner continually releases content through her online video portal, A Total Disruption. Her episode with artist Shepard Fairey world-premiered at the South by Southwest Film Festival in 2014 as part of the Chief Executive Artist series. An episode on the musician Amanda Palmer is scheduled for its world premieres on April 19, 2014 at the TriBeCa Film Festival. In 2015, Timoner's film BRAND: A Second Coming was chosen to be the opening night film at the 2015 SXSW Film Festival in Austin, TX. Preproduction has begun on her first biopic, a film about the life and work of photographer Robert Mapplethorpe.
